Custom Product Returns
Custom and personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless there is a defect in materials or craftsmanship. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that these items are final sale.
Handmade Product Returns
Non-custom handmade items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or significantly different from the product description. Due to their handmade nature, slight variations in color, size, and appearance are normal and not grounds for return.
Other Products Returns
Since our designs are personal, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you have a question regarding sizing, please contact us before ordering. Sizing issues cannot be refunded.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of all our products. If your item arrives with defects in materials or craftsmanship, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Custom Order Process
Before creating custom items, we provide detailed specifications, mockups, or samples for your approval. Changes to approved designs may incur additional fees and extended production times.

Acceptable Return Reasons
Returns will be accepted for:
- Defects in materials or construction
- Significant deviation from approved specifications
- Damage during shipping (with photo documentation)
- Our error in customization details
Non-Returnable Circumstances
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Minor variations inherent in handmade products
- Color variations due to monitor differences
- Change of mind after production begins
- Sizing issues when custom measurements were provided
- Normal wear and aging of natural materials
Return Process for Eligible Items

- Provide order number and detailed photos of the issue
- Allow 24-48 hours for our review and response
- If approved, we'll provide return instructions
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of approval
Refund and Replacement Options
For eligible returns, you may choose:
- Full refund to original payment method
- Replacement item with corrected specifications
- Store credit for future purchases (with 10% bonus value)
- Partial refund for minor defects you choose to keep
Rush Orders and Deadlines
Rush orders requiring expedited production cannot be cancelled once production begins. Please ensure all specifications are correct before approving rush production.
Care Instructions
Proper care instructions are provided with each item. Damage resulting from improper care or normal wear is not covered under this return policy.
International Customers
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable handmade items.
