This handmade sympathy card is a gentle expression of heartfelt condolences, thoughtfully crafted to offer comfort in times of sorrow. Designed with the utmost attention to detail, the card is made from premium heavyweight cardstock, providing a luxurious and substantial feel that speaks to its quality and sincerity.
The card’s front features an exquisite arrangement of calla lilies, artfully designed and delicately crafted. The pure white petals and graceful, elongated stems, symbolize sympathy, purity, and rebirth made of intricately pieced layers of cardstock, carefully inked to add depth and dimension.
The inside is lined with smooth, high-quality, white paper bearing a heartfelt message. The card is also available with a blank white liner on the inside right, allowing space for a hand-written, heartfelt message. The left side of the card interior includes a simple, elegant phrase, either “Thinking of You” or “With Deepest Sympathy”. Cards with a blank liner on the right do not have a left liner, showcasing the color of the beautiful cardstock base. Select from five basic designs, including a blank liner for your personal message. Customization is also available for an additional design fee.
The card measures 5 x 7 inches and has a smooth surface with a slight satin sheen, enhancing the elegance of the design. The card is available with a ruby, pink, navy, or green card base or may be customized upon request. The embossed layer on the front of the card will be a contrasting shade of the base color.
The card is accompanied by a coordinating envelope, also made from premium cardstock. The envelope flap is subtly lined in a matching shade with a cut out flourish motif on the flap to showcase the liner. A hook and loop closure is standard on the flap of the envelope to allow the card to be opened without damaging the envelope. Each card is carefully packaged in a protective sleeve and shipped, along with the coordinated envelope, in a bubble mailer for protection. Because of the dimension and thickness of the card, we recommend mailing in a 6” x 9” envelope or padded mailer to protect the card in transit.
